Anubias riset grow since one years ago

in here i want share about my anubias growing since one year ago. very simpel grow anubias in aquarium, we just have to know about lamp, about co2 supply and fertilizer and anubias is plant which very simple and recieve almost all fertilizer product. but the problem come when we want grow anubias in emersed from submersed leaf. we have to know about sun light (where we have to save this plant so plant will grow fast), media (we have to know what media we use so anubias root will well grow), fertilizer (what vertilizer we need when we grow this plant and dosis about fertilize because if over fertilizer root will died and less fertilizer will slow grow). but before that, the first we have to know is how aclimate this plant from submersed to emersd, the question is what when the plant aclimated the lef will dried all?

but the problem is i cant grow this fast, very very slow, and in my head i ask what the problem?

i try to change media andfertilizer, and now i get like this August 10 2014

i dont know what its beter or not
- all leaf in the first pic is lost, all new leaf
- rhzome is longer

and until now this anubias dont have flower? how long anubias have flower? i still wait
